		<description>Hi hoppimike

Regarding your first question I have published a treatise ANTI-AGING FIREWALLS - THE SCIENCE AND TESCHOLOGY OF AGING. It is online and every week or too I need to tweak or add to it based on new research findings. The treatise contains a suggested LIFESTYLE REGIMEN and another SUPPLEMENT REGIMEN for supporting longevity which I personally follow. It is located at http://www.vincegiuliano.name/Antiagingfirewalls.htm

People have encouraged to publish this as a book but for now I prefer to keep it evolving.

And yes, Astral Fruit, resveratrol and curcumin are among the substances in the anti-aging supplement regimen.

At age 24 you still have a great deal of the original rubber on your tires so-to-speak. But I agree with what you have to say about stress and hair follicles. I have created a number of blog posts related to hair follicles. To find them, just type in &quot;hair follicles&quot; in the search box to the left of the main text.

And I do invite you to look at some of the other posts.

		<description>Res
The government site says &quot; No Study Results Posted on ClinicalTrials.gov for this Study&quot; and a quick search shows no other publication. It is not unusual for clinical trials to not find any final report or published study. They vanish, as into black holes. The principal investigator is listed on the clinical trials detail page is K.N. Roy Chengappa, MD. I suggest you see if you can find his e-mail at the U of Pittsburgh and e-mail him asking what the results were. If you do find out, please let me know. I am curious.

<description>Heya, sorry a SECOND unrelated post here! Sorry, I&#039;m very new so am still learning!

I was just wondering if there is anywhere you have posted your regimen for living longer?

I became interested in all this because I am only 24 and have just started experiencing the beginnings of hair loss. I believe that stress, bad diet and lifestyle were the triggers, although of course that&#039;s always debatable. It seems to me that many things that prolong life and rejuvenate cells also often have a positive effect on hair follicles. So as well as hormonal and anti-inflammatory treatments for hair loss, etc, I am looking into many other things!

So yes erm, any advice or anywhere I could see your regimen? I am very much considering adding Astral Fruit (or similar) to mine, but I am already taking curcumin and resveratrol, among a few other milder things...

Thanks, and thank you as well for providing such a useful and informative blog, I have been reading a few posts and really like it!

		<description>Hi Vince
Sorry to give a link not connected with the post
This is regarding L-Carnosine
The study was started in 2004, completed in 2007, but the results have not been published. I wonder if that is because they weren&#039;t positive or conclusive. The study&#039;s link is here.
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00177463

Do you know how to find out what this group&#039;s findings are?</description>
