Thanks for sharing! these days nutrition is such an issue and there's a lot of confusion about good practices. Thanks for helping to add some clarity. Your opinions are appreciated.

Keep Rockin!

Brian Mack

I am constantly learning that there is a lot I don't know about, and spermidine is in that category. I will certainly look into it. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have noted the various dietary supplements that you use such as Resveratrol, and was wondering what your thoughts are on supplementing with Spermidine, a polyamine that has been shown to be about as effective in various animal models for longevity extention as Resveratrol? I have been including many Spermidine rich foods in my diet and understand it is an effective anti-glycation substance, among other things.

Hi Ronald
You can find a lot of research on longevity theories by reading my treatise at http://www.vincegiuliano.name/Antiagingfirewalls.htm
or by poking around and looking at various postings on this blog.

This is a very interesting blog. There has been research on a number of items that do indeed appear to increase longevity. I hope to see the basic research on longevity theories such as the telomeres.

I will be looking forward for answers if the research into homocysteines actually shows the telomeres are shorten far less when the cell splits when homocysteines are low. The use of TMG to lower homocysteines, and will HGH actually grow telomeres such as telomerase.
